MY WORLD OF HORSES
Horses were a big part of my life growing up as my father was a horse trainer and mother, a horse rehabilitator. A great part of my youth was spent in the horse world, either the race track or riding stables. The vintage photo above is of my grandmother riding her thoroughbred horse.
Below is a photo of me jumping the former race horse Super Dave. Growing up I would ride retired race horses and train them to become hunters and jumpers. Super Dave was my favorite as he was the best jumper!

My father loved horses, with the horse’s well-being always his main priority. He won the Kentucky Derby in 1982 with a horse called Gato Del Sol.

The Palomino Collection is an ode to the strength of the horse and the colorful horse world that I had the chance to grow up around featuring horseshoe motifs, and engraving inspired by embossing on western saddles. The Engraved Horseshoe Ring combines the relationship between the western riders who would ride alongside the racehorses in the mornings.
Even though the horse world is a part of my past, I am still constantly inspired by the culture surrounding this world and the beauty of the horse itself.
