Please allow one week for your item to be ready for shipping. Ring resizes and made to order items will take longer and times are specified for each product

If there is any unexpected delay with your order we'll get in touch to keep you up to date with delivery.

Once your order is shipped you'll receive an email with tracking information.

We use major courier companies to ensure your package is safely delivered and all deliveries must be signed for.

Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address so you can sign for your package.

We ship worldwide on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis so all import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price - with free shipping.

Please note due to international trading agreements and regulations we must abide to certain shipping restrictions and are unable to ship fine jewelry to Saudi Arabia, Russia and China.

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

If you prefer to pay by another method, we can issue an invoice or provide you with our bank details for a transfer. 

Alternatively, if you would like to pay iinstallments, we are more than happy to discuss this.

If you aren't entirely happy with your online order you must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return the item(s).

Please make sure the product is not worn or damaged and include all original packaging.

Please note returns are at the customer's expense and you will be responsible for the product until it reaches us. We suggest you use a secure delivery service which requires a signature for proof of receipt.

We only work with ethical gemstone sources who are part of organisations such as AGTA (American Gem Trade Association) in the US and in Europe the WFBD (World Federation Diamond Bourse) who set the highest ethical standards for its members.
